THREE defective in a row

I purchased this for a kitchen remodel. First one was chipped, second was warped, third is now also warped. I will be asking for a refund and looking for another brand rather than risk a fourth. I have always really liked GE appliances - great quality, great reliability. But this round has been a nightmare and I will be moving to another vendor. My GE microwave was also broken, and they sent me a broken replacement part. So GE is so far 1 win (wall oven) and 5 losses (3 cooktops, 2 microwaves). Unacceptable. As for appearances (if not defective), it is attractive, feels solid. I like the grids/grill cover. The knobs light up which impressed the husband. Overall would be happy if they had any sort of quality control at all.
