I bought this wall oven a little less then 1 year ago and I will never ever purchase LG again. Costumer service is horrible. Product still under factory Warrenty but manufacturers doesnÕt want to owned up to their product defeat

I havenÕt had a chance to try out all the features on my new wall oven microwave combo yet but so far, IÕm in love!! It is so pretty and it has cooked everything I have made perfectly. I canÕt wait to bake some of my famous oatmeal cream pies in it!! I would definitely recommend this product!

Unit is beautiful, sleek and understated! However, microwave not cooking or rotating and oven temp questionable for accuracy. Service order in place but communication between service provider and LG problematic and inaccurate! Still waiting for service.

Brand new- does not power On. LG refuse to replace. They keeps sending techs to my house- 3rd tech. Problem not fixed. Still does not power on. Im living w/out a microwave and oven. Invested $15k in all LG products and this is how they treat me.
