Basic. No bells or whistle. It gets hot, cooks, and heats. The steam clean feature is a nice idea. Expected a bit more for the price

Love range but top cooking grates not so much

clear No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I had this installed 11/21/18 and I love it but the top cooking grates are already scratched up. So when I buy a range I expect that you can put pots/pans on the cooking grates without them scratching. Be extra careful not to move the pans on the grate or it will scratch and look bad very quickly.

Our old range was a GE and we owned it for over 30 years but when the oven quit I naturally looked at another GE gas range to go in our island in the kitchen. Very worried about the fit but it went in with some tweeting! The color and style is perfect! I hope I get as much use out of it as our old one. it is used daily. I'm very happy with our purchase.
