Bought it from an appliance store, not a big box. Happy with quality but miss some nice features my old refrigerator had, like 3 drawers instead of two. Lighting inside isnÕt as good as older models. Less functional storage space in freezer and narrower shelves in other section. But I feel confident it will serve my needs for many years. Friends and family have horrible stories to tell of product malfunctions they bought at big box stores. Also like the fact it was made in US in a neighboring state. Getting used to it.

I bought this refrigerator to replace a 2000 GE profile side by side. It needed to fit into the same space. We accomplished that goal but it is smaller inside and has poor lighting.

I purchased my GE refrigerator about 3 months ago. I absolutely love it. ItÕs quiet and keeps food fresh longer. Easy to wipe down as the outside has a smooth service.

We bought this refrigerator more than a month ago and we astonished to learn that is has just one light on the top. The owner's manual gives the spot for a second light on the lower part, put there is none. The seller agreed to exchange the refrigerator and when the new one arrived we saw the same problem: no second light source inside. That makes the refrigerator very dark and unpractical. We may want to exchange this again.

This unit replaced a GE Artica that lasted 16 years. Hoping for the same lifetime for this model. Pros: Temperature controls on outside. Dispenser works well. Cons: no deli drawer. We reused (kludged) the one from the old frig. Interior lighting is not as good as old model: hard to see items on lower shelves.
